Description
I wrote this piece during Lockdown in 2020 after hearing about the very first Composing Competition organised up by North East choir Voices of Hope. It was the perfect opportunity to express my feelings (of which there were many) after several months of living with a world pandemic. Frustration, anguish and annoyance is contrast with serenity and calm which we all experienced one way or another during this time. It was written with a chamber choir in mind but would also work with a larger group.
