I was commissioned to write this song for schools to sing on Holocaust Memorial Day 2023 by the Representative of the North East Jewry in Newcastle.
With powerful lyrics about social injustice (written by sisters of a surviving Holocaust family) this up tempo catchy song was based on this year’s chosen theme of ‘Ordinary People’.
It is mostly in unison throughout with an optional harmony in the chorus.
